Senior Mechnical Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work for a client of mine based inDorset. You will be working for a globally recognised company who are renowned for their engineering excellence in the printing domain. This role is for a very competent Mechanical Engineer who has a proven track record in design and development but will also have experience of mentoring / leading other individuals within the team. In this role you will take responsibility for all aspects of the project design lifecycle. This means from concept right through to commissioning and sign off. To be considered for this role you must have experience in the following areas: - 5 years experience working in a successful mechanical engineering role - Able to act as a lead contributor within the department. - Experience of designing, developing and testing mechanical or electro-mechanical devices or structures from concept through to production. - Able to act as a source of technical expertise in PRO-E and other CAE systems. - It would also be highly desirable if you have experience in an environment that design and manufactures printing machines.
