Senior Mechanical Engineer - South Aberdeen

Progressive Global Energy are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a service company in South Aberdeen on a permanent basis.

The company have recently won a major project with one of the North Sea operators and need a Senior Engineer to join their team in order to help move the business forward.

As a result they are looking for someone who can meet the following criteria:

* Previous experience or a working knowledge of subsea production equipment (tubing hangers, wellheads, xmas trees, BOPs etc)

* Understanding of hydraulic principles and system design

* Able to perform various calculations related to pressure containment and load bearing capability

* Able to interpret and develop AutoCAD/Inventor drawings/models

* Able to mentor and develop junior engineers

* Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
