Senior Management Consultant

Our client is an international bank located in Zurich.

We are looking for a contractor/consultant to be involved in the setup of a new

Organisational unit in the area of investment advisory by re-organising the former department. This new unit will be responsible for Research, Investment Advisory and Wealth Planning as well as for many of the client's key projects.

TASKS

- Leads the project/programme in a role as Project Manager covering all related disciplines such as scope, time, costs, quality, resources, communication and stakeholder-/risk management under consideration of the project management guidelines
- Acts as a Change Manager and takes care about the end-to-end change process (organisational changes) within an Advisory team in close cooperation with the senior management team
- Ensures a successful transition of the "old" into the "new" organisation with strong focus on efficiency, client focus and holistic advisory processes

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position within the Banking sector
- Experience and proven track record in change projects in similar dimensions
- Strong project management skills (certification required)
- Very good knowledge of banking processes with focus on research, products & service and advisory business
- IT affinity and/or background
- Familiarity with delivering solutions in high quality under high pressure.
- Very strong communication skills
- Client and quality oriented
- Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
- Fluency in German & English (written & spoken)

The assignment duration is planned for 12 MONTHS.

Start-date is ASAP.
