Senior Management Accountant

Senior Management Account (CIMA/ACCA) is urgently required by our IT Outsourcing client for an initial contract until 9th June 2014 to be based in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to a number of accounts bringing in annual revenue of circa £40 - £45m. The primary focus of this role is to produce the monthly management accounts, provide management information to the accounts teams as well as providing financial support for new service line structure.

The ideal candidate will be able to work with senior account and service delivery management as well as finance and commercial streams. They will have good technical skills and be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation. They will be comfortable working with staff inside and outside the Finance community and be able to demonstrate sound commercial judgement.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

* Ownership of the full financials of the accounts (including accurate view of actuals and forecasts by service line)
. Application of accounting policies and standards to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial submissions
. Management of all financial obligations within the accounts
. Providing contract lifetime forecasting where appropriate
. Drive growth within accounts and identify and drive through cost reductions
. Build relationships with Customer finance contacts within various accounts
. Preparation & ownership of management KPI reports for operational managers & provision of detailed financial analysis.
