MY DUTIES:

- Defining the project plan for the integration and the standardization of the IT infrastructure of the company which is taken-over
- Capturing and analyzing the local IT infrastructure needs and requirements
- Managing the smooth transition, the integration and the standardization of such IT infrastructure
- Ensuring the ongoing performance of the IT infrastructure of the acquired company
- Close cooperation with the Program Lead and Stakeholders
- Mitigating risks
- Creating Documentation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Professional experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects, acquisitions and operations
- A deep understanding and experience in designing IT infrastructure landscapes
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with proven track record in execution
- Hands-On experience in leading an acquisition and change programs
- Flexibility and creativity are an important asset
- Architectural and conceptual skills re to IT infrastructure and “getting it done” attitude
- Sound experience in creating and documenting standardized processes, while ensuring the ongoing performance
- Strong personal interaction and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and great stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English is a must
