IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Third level incident and problem management
-Second level incident and problem management of the application infrastructure
-Order management
-Installation of new releases, updates and bug fixes
-Integration tests
-Documentation of all installations, changes, processes and product releases, CMDB updates
-Application and infrastructure specific monitoring
-System migration (to new server or new system release)
-Support upcoming design requests with specific operational know-how
-Communication with customer and system vendor
-Function as Team lead (onsite and offshore)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in Trouble Ticket System (HP Service Manager 7), knowledge of service management processes based on ITIL, experience with SLA-oriented way of working and handling ticket system
-Fluent English in spoken and written form
-Able to consult on technical designs and new features
-Documentation skills (for example creation of Operation Manuals or Standard Operation Procedures)
-Expertise in Opentext Archive Server (Version LEA 10 and LEA 10.5)
-Extended experience in Perl scripting
-Familiarity with DM (Documents Management) and usage of DocuLink with SAP integration
