Senior IT Change Manager - Migration

Randstad Professionals is looking for a SENIOR IT CHANGE MANAGER - MIGRATION for their client in Basel.

This is a 12 months contract starting in May.

General tasks:

- Designing and implementing measures in the area of configuration/change/release management and respective processes and standards
- Evaluating, recommending and implementing tools and systems for configuration management, change management and release management
- Designing, planning and implementing of the change management and release management processes
- Creating and implementing configuration management, change management and release management plans
- Processing and implementing of change requests. Coordinating the changes during creation, testing and implementation. Checking the changes after implementation.
- Performing configuration audits, change reviews and reviews of the release planning.
- Creating management reports

Main Tasks:

- Development and adjustment of the overall migration plan
- Provide consultancy and guidance to the site on migration planning, feature catalogue (together with your counterpart in IT) and the migration of its content.
- Define schedule plan with the site and the migration lead
- Support business users before and during the migration of their content.
- determining assignments, help set priorities, monitor progress, and report on progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines.
- Improving the migration process and associated services. Escalate issues to and share best practices with the Project Management Office
- Ensure alignment with internal partners and work with Intranet coordinators to build their knowledge.

Languages: Fluent in English ( German is an advantage)
