Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You will provide technical support for the data management system for automated analyses (statistical evaluation, reporting)
- You maintain the master data for the automated system
- Support of the historical database (addition of new entries, adjustment of existing entries)
- Maintenance and optimization/generation of the analysis platform (Workspaces)
- You update and create templates and documentation/procedures
- Support the creation of a database
- You assist in the adaptation of the current data management system after source system changes
- Provide administrative support for staff training and coordinate with other departments in this regard
- Support scientific work (data collection, analysis, evaluation)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Scientific background (MSc or PhD in a scientific field: biology, biochemistry, chemistry)
- You also bring a technical background
- You have skills in systems like e.g. Statistica
- Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. R, VBA)
- Experience with data science and the preparation of data, maintenance/optimization of databases
- You have a flair for administrative tasks and you are a team player
- You are able to communicate in German and English, both written and spoken
