MY DUTIES:

- Requirements engineering, development, alignment and finalization of professional e-learning material for the client specific Request Management Process: Foundation training, Catalog editor training, Requestor training, Technical support team training
- Performing tests on ServiceNow prototypes for the request management implementation and submitting proposals for changes, especially in usability and user friendliness of the solution
- Participation in project team meetings

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Solid experience with Articulate 360, especially Storyline 360
- Creation of complex interactions / software simulations
- Good Knowledge in didactic design
- Good graphic design skills and video post-processing, audio post-processing skills
- Knowledge about ServiceNow, especially ServiceNow Request Management
- Knowledge about IT Processes, especially IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3 and ITIL4) o Knowledge of client processes, especially of request management
- Ability to support the implementation of courses in the client LMS
