Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Lead, prepare and manage challenging bidding initiatives in the areas of office fit-outs and refurbishments, building infrastructure, furniture and other real estate services
- Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations as well as managing the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine selected supplies
- Establish and maintain strong and close relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
- Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes
- Development of purchasing strategies including control of supplier management
- Developing spend / market analysis and evaluations
- Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual process
- Collaboration with our teams in the different countries

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education in the real estate sector / facility management / purchasing or e.g. structural draftsman, civil engineering, architecture
- Experience in a comparable function or e.g. as owner's representative / project manager, estimator in the construction environment or facility manager
- General understanding of Sourcing Operations, Buying processes and best practices
- Understanding of typical risks and contractual mitigation/management of Real Estate, Facility Management project
- Experience in review, negotiation and execution of contracts with vendors (including JCT and FIDIC templates)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in (senior) stakeholder management
- Team player and high social competence
- Fluency written and spoken in English and German
