MY DUTIES:
- Development and implementation of automation projects
- Defining automation strategy, concepts and implementing proposal
- Collaboration in investment projects in the area of automation /alarm concept
- Coordinating and supervising alarm management between the Control System Operator and the IT Department
- Maintaining technical documentation and compiling VIH checklists of automated systems
- Coordinating preventive maintenance of automated systems
- Defining guidelines, SOPs, maintenance and supporting contracts with suppliers
- Drive and guarantee timelines on tasks assigned to automation (like CAPAs and Change Controls)
- Compliance with the budget defined in the projects
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/training in the field of electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, automation or comparable
- Working knowledge of GMP as well as technical understanding of computer systems
- Experience with common Fieldbus networks, HMIs and SCADA systems
- Strong technical skills with common PLC brands (e.g.: Siemens, Wago and others), OSI PI are beneficial
- Experience in computerized system validation (CSV) is advantageous
- Good command of written and spoken English and German
