It is essential that you are familiar with the popular processes and methodology in software system design, implementation and testing. Including experience in leading the optimization of software R&D methodology & processes
Highly desirable is experience in designing system architecture for large products or IT software solutions for at least 5 years.
ALM tools development is desirable.
Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
