- You have at least 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SCRUM MASTER
- You are familiar with software development
- You are an organizational talent and conflict resolution skills distinguish you
- very good command of English
- You have a good sense of humor and are a team player
- Scrum Master certification is advantageous

DEINE TASKS

- You coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- You coach your team members in agile frameworks
- You facilitate internal communication and effective cooperation
- You work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Helping teams effectively implement changes
- You lead development teams to a higher scrum level
- Help build a productive environment where your team members enjoy working
