Scheduler

Sr. Scheduler needed for a long term contract opportunity in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Scheduling and have the ability to analyze contractor schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the engineering and construction department through the development and continual maintenance of project schedules for capital expansion, transmission maintenance, and storage projects
- Identify and tracking all changes to the project scope, ensuring schedule impact is given necessary visibility with clients, both internal and external
- Participate in proposal development and reviews
- Develop and issue weekly and monthly schedule updates
- Analyze and approve subcontractor schedules from feasibility, through baseline development, to completion.
- Analyze contractor schedules and provide updates to internal Project and Construction Manager

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years experience in Project Scheduling
- Experience with pipeline construction and/or HDD installation
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Project as a scheduling software
- Willingness to live & work in Jersey City for the duration of the project (Projected time frame is 18 months)
