SAS Administrator/Programmer

A Public Sector end client are currently searching for a SAS Administrator/Programmer, starting ASAP to work on an initial 7 month contract, based in Leeds.

For this SAS Administrator/Programmer position your require:

- Knowledge and experience in the use of SAS
- Knowledge and experience in using SAS Management Console
- Knowledge and experience in SAS application development, including Base SAS programming, Macros and AF application development
- Troubleshooting SAS programs and software
- Knowledge, experience and administration of SAS Enterprise Guide
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate
- Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles
- IT security awareness

'Nice to have's' include:

- SAS Administration Certification
- Knowledge of SAS Web Report Studio
- Knowledge of SAS OLAP Cube Studio
- Knowledge of SAS Information Map Studio
- Basic knowledge of SAS Enterprise Miner
- Stakeholder management skills. Planning and Risk management skills
- Understanding of IED business priorities, processes and services

In this SAS Administrator/Programmer position you will be:

- Providing SAS support to the Analytical Community and key Client Business Areas
- Responsible for the administration of SAS
- Responsible for the Centric Metadata Server
- Responsible for the IFD Metadata Server
- Processing SAS data and loading onto server
- Gather and assimilate customer requirements for new IT Systems

Please note, for this SAS Administrator/Programmer position you will require BC clearance, or the ability to undergo it.
