MY DUTIES:

- Improving the processes in a separate non-merchandise SAP ERP systemImproving the processes in a separate non-merchandise SAP ERP system
- Securing stable operations via active participation and hands-on work, guiding of users from business departments, training of users on SAP and conceptual design
- 2nd/3rd level support incl. debugging, montoring e.g. of IDOCs
- Capturing new request from the business side in a written way, analyse possible technical solutions to serve it (e.g. improve existing processes, creation of new reports, adaption of interfaces), document what was done to realise it and ensure quality through guided testing in a UAT
- Proactive new introduction of improvement suggestions as well as active implementation of these after consultation with colleague in IT and the business stakeholder
- General communication and information exchange with the business departments, including Non-Merchandise procurement, logisitcs and finance

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Very experienced knowledge on SAP SD/MM processes under Release 4.7d
- High Customizing Knowhow in SAP SD/MM
- Good overview on general P2P process in a SAP ERP system
- Good technical depth being able to debug and having an understanding on data flows and interface
- Good training skills and the ability to help users in their daily business tasks Experienced
- High Expertise in SAP R/3 Release 4.7d
- High Expertise SAP ECC 6.0
- Fluent englisch and german skills are mandatory
