SAP HCM Lead Consultant - London City - up to £65,000 plus Benefits and Bonus

Progressive SAP are currently recruiting for a permanent SAP HCM Lead Consultant, working as part of a 14 strong Delivery Team for a Global Professional Services firm with a Global SAP system. This is a Permanent role offering a salary of up to £65,000 plus Benefits and Bonus.

This person will work on strategic projects alongside a recognised and reputable implementation partner as well as providing leadership and mentoring for more junior members within the team.

Skills and experience:

- 8+ years in a SAP HCM analyst role
- Customer facing
- Knowledge of Talent Management processes such as recruitment, compensation and performance management, career and succession planning, etc
- Multiple project life cycles with a track record of delivery
- ECC5 or above
- Core HCM (PA,OM)
- Time & Attendance (Principally Absence and Quota Management
- SAP Payroll (Strongly Desired)
- ESS and MSS (Strongly Desired)
