SAP FICO Consultant

For one our customer, we are looking for a strong SAP FI CO MM consultant English (mandatory) + Chinese speaking (nice to have) with FI CO knowledge of Chinese specificities. (Chinese GAAP)

The consultant should have already performed a success full roll out in China.

The project consists in the roll out of a Template SAP in the China factory.

The project is starting in October 2012

The GO LIVE is planned on March 27th 2013 at latest

Objectives
- Start on March 27th 2013 the latest,
- Implement a most standard SAP solution as possible, CUSTOMER will provide an ABAP factory in order to respect its own development rules (there should be very few specific development),
- Use the already known specific programs from CUSTOMER (in particular the P&L and Balance Sheet report developed for other Chinese companies from the group)
- The Chinese installation will be inspired by the French plant SAP system on Finance, Controlling and Purchases topics
- The SAP system will have specificities for Chinese needs,
- Due to the fact that we are dealing with a small Chinese company, the project costs will be a major selective point.

Main service expectations of users and clients
The main services and deliverables which must be provided during this project are the following:
- System fine tuning and/or gap implementation 
- Customizing documentation 
- Development Specification (using the CUSTOMER's development norms & standards, to be provided during the ramp up phase) 
- Authorization Matrix building (based on CUSTOMER master-role)

Integration test 
- Integration test report (using ITE test tool)

Acceptance test 
- Test plan 
- Test scenario (re-use existing ones) 
- Customer assistance on test execution 
- Customer approval

Users training, 
- User guides (re-use existing ones) 
- End user training session

Post Go Live assistance, 
- 1rst level assistance during hypercare phase 
- Transfer onto internal maintenance team

Project team will be first trained on the SAP system managed by IT Europe for the CUSTOMER subsidiaries to be informed about the specific development to re-use and the system on which the project will take place.

For skilled consultants this phase will be quick because we expect to stay as standard as possible.

IS PROJECT TEAM

Following SAP profiles are necessary 
- Project leader, part time 
- FI & CO consultant, 
- MM consultant,

These people will maybe have to travel to China in order to train the Chinese consultant and assist at the go-live or to France to handle the CUSTOMER SAP environment. The passports and visa must be valid.
