SAP CRM Specialist - London - £40-50k + Bens

SAP CRM Application specialist to join a market leading organisation with 50, 000 employees and a £10bn turnover. You would sit within a Global IS team in theUKheadquarters just outside ofLondon.

Key responsibilities include:

* To support the Business organization in the finalization of the User Requirement Specification based on optimal business processes
* To validate and where appropriate challenge business requirement in view of ensuring consistent business processes and system solutions
* To support the process lead in ensuring compliance of future solutions to the overall template and with minimal deviations and change requests
* As custodian of the SAP-CRM template, to ensure that solutions make use of standard CRM as far as possible and are aligned to the overall SAP roadmap
* As part of the project team, to provide the highest available grade of SAP and SAP-related
application expertise in delivering the project solution within the committed timelines
* To assist the team lead and process lead in estimation of efforts required for the build of the solution
* To provide the functional skills in evaluating existing solutions, propose optimal solution design, document and own Functional Design Specifications and Change Specifications, customizing and validating the solution
* To approve local functional specifications and ensure alignment of such specifications to the overall template solution
* To provide functional support to the design and build of future LT releases as well as existing templates

The key skills needed:

* Broad understanding of the overall business processes within the SALES/CRM function
* Strong functional and configuration skills in SAP-Customer Relationship Management (CRM), especially on
CRM sales order management
CRM marketing
CRM pricing
CRM complaint Management
CRM Web-UI
* Working knowledge on other Sales & Distribution related processes and SAP modules like
Order Management, SALES Master Data & Business Partner, Pricing
* Knowledge of Business Warehouse and/or CRM middleware integration to SAP-ERP will be an added advantage
