SAP Change Manager

Speller International has been asked to source an SAP Change Manager to join a dynamic team to assist with a national SAP project, based in Melbourne.

Our client has already started their SAP implementation and is looking for a Change Manager/Analyst to come on board and compliment the existing team, working with the stakeholders, project sponsor and communicate well with all areas of the business.

The qualities needed include:

- At least 2 years of Change Management/Change Analyst experience.
- Having worked on an SAP project, ideally within the SAP HR/PY space and have had experience with other IT platforms as well.
- Good experience with standard change management practices, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and interaction, business communications and elements of training.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise.
- The ability to be hands on, including providing training facilitation if required.
- Excellent communication skills and feel confident liaising with and influencing people from all levels of the Business. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an SAP experienced people person, who understands the needs of the business and the fundamental requirement of change communication and strategy.

This role is primarily Change focused yet being hands on, you will need to work across training, communication and business readiness.

This position will keep you challenged for at least 6 months and is based in Melbourne. Please note, this is not a senior role and the rate being offered with reflect this.
