SAP Change Management Manager - Saudi

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER for a Project role based in Dammam, Saudi. We will assist you with all Visa Documentationso all Nationalities are welcome to apply.

Skills required:

CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Strong project management and consultancy skills

Preferably 10+ years of SAP project implementation experience.

In depth knowledge of Change Management and Training processes

Ability to mentor technical resources on best practices and novel ideas

Ability to take ownership and responsibility of managing stakeholders and client expectations

Strong knowledge SAP ASAP methodology

Ability to identify user training requirements

Ability to enhance user acceptance of the system being delivered

Identify and mitigates risks associated with readiness

Start date: 2nd January

Location: Dammam, Saudi (All Visa's Processed By the client)

Duration: 9 months
