SAP Change Consultant - Thames Valley - up to £65,000

Permanent - Car allowance, Bonus and Benefits

A global SAP end user is urgently seeking an SAP change consultant to join the business and play a key role within business transformation.

Reporting in to the programme director, the successful SAP change consultant will be responsible for;

- Support the Programme Leadership Team (PLT) to engage the Leadership Team of each site at an agreed date before their target go-live, and to advise on the appointment of the local change lead and implementation team.
- Carry out the initial 'heat-map' assessment at the site, and maintain an ongoing portfolio-level assessment of change across sites implementing SAP.
- Support the local change lead in all aspects of assessing, planning and delivering OCM activities.
- Ensure that site issues and progress are regularly and accurately reported to the PLT, to an agreed schedule

Required skills and experience;

- Experience of managing OCM activities in a structured way in an environment driven by technology change (as a consultant or in an in-house role), covering changes to process, organisation, technology, culture and behaviours, skills etc
- Credible at senior levels, and able to connect with operational teams
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills in a business environment, and able to facilitate learning sets and/or virtual networks of site teams to support each other
- Can-do and pragmatic, problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication and influencing skills
