SAP BI-BOBJ Consultant

SAP BI Consultant with SAP BOBJ experience. Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. SAP BI, SAP BW, SAP BI 7.3, SAP BO, SAP Business Objects, BOBJ, SAP BI-BO, (min 5 years). Major Spanish end user multinational client looking for a SAP BOBJ Consultant. BOBJ + SAP BI experience would be ideal but essentials skills are SAP BI. Company will offer training on SAP BO. 6 month contract.

Expected Activities:
Attend the blueprint workshops, understand the business requirements and be able to translate those into functional specifications. Analyse the gap between the business requirements and the PepsiCo International template. Propose suitable solution for potential GAPs. Develop the required Data sources, Info cubes, DSOs, Process Chains, Queries and any other SAP BI object. Document the work done (technical specifications, functional specifications,...). Develop interfaces with non-SAP Legacy systems (experience with ub connect, DB connect, XI,...). Prepare the test cases and detailed calendar for SIT and UAT. Support business during UAT and Hypercare. Develop training material and provide training to business and knowledge transfer to Sustain team. Plan Technical cutover. Interact with other teams and be able to provide valuable BI insight (security, portal team, ECC functional teams,...)

Required Skills:
SAP BI 7 modelling and configuration, Knowledge in ABAP programming, Experience on BOBJ and SAP BI to BOBJ integration, Good English communication skills (both written and oral), Team work attitude, Required Experience: At least 5 years SAP BI experience, including 2 full-cycle implementations. English speaking project but Spanish language skills desirable.
