Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead who wants to work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands to join a worldwide oriented client of us.

The project is based (on side) in Amsterdam. We also give you the service to help and advise you with finding an accommodation in Amsterdam, register, apply for a BSN number, etc. (if needed)

Job description In this position you will play a key role as a development expert and lead for Salesforce.com and related applications where you will be implementing an advanced Salesforce solution that will support multiple organizations.

Main responsibilities
Work directly with our business customers to collect, analyze and refine business, functional, and technical requirements
Manage all aspects of the Salesforce.com CRM platform including, data, contacts, leads, custom objects, workflows, profiles, roles, etc.
Develop and maintain Visual Force, APEX, App Exchange apps, Force.com pages, and integration APIs Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
Prepare test plan with data and conduct basic unit and/or module testing
Provide guidance and support for offshore development efforts
Manage Quality Assurance and defect resolution efforts
Work as a lead member of the development team, provide guidance and support for less senior team members
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team

Your profile

BACH/Master degree
Min 3. Years of Salesforce experience including APEX, SOQL, and VisualForce
Work experience as a lead (Leadership and mentoring within a development team)
Experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Integration is highly desired
Experience working with offshore development teams
The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce implementations of more than 100 users
