Based on user stories, and solution requirements and under the guidance of functional designer/Salesforce Architect develop customizations in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Adaptation of the standard and the development of custom Salesforce Sales Cloud components by configuration and programming.
Responsibilities:
Build reports and dashboards, and Custom Report Templates.
Requirements:
- Can demonstrate experience of similar roles
-Salesforce Developer certification
- Programming Skills in the Salesforce Platform
- (Visualforce, Apex, triggers)
- The entities Modeling
-Agile project methods
Merit:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification
-Experience of adapting Salesforce Console Sales/Service
- Experience of test management
- Experience from the sales process with the telecom operator
- Salesforce Advanced Developer certification
