THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 8+ YEARS PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON BUSINESS AND MARKETING ANALYSIS AND EXPERIENCE ON BUILDING ROAMBI REPORTS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

JOB SUMMARY - (ROLE SUMMARY):

Develop and implement database marketing KPI reporting into attractive dashboards using Roambi; by effectively collecting information from various sources, translating data and preparing appropriate templates fit for purpose.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - (KEY ACTIVITIES):

This role works in collaboration with our campaign marketing team, and directly with business stakeholders to deliver our strategy and ensure the reports succeed in driving awareness and encouraging marketers to be self-reliant for understanding business performance.

Specifically, this role

- Requires analyses of the various reporting needs gather data and generate visually appealing dashboards.
- Uses software program called Roambi to develop dashboards and assist in deployment to internal stakeholders.
- Deliverables will also include various forms of reports and dashboards to provide ongoing intelligence to marketing stakeholders and make sure all tracking and reporting is completed.
- Will work with the European Marketing Manager with the planning and co-ordination of regional reports, and aligning the reports across different cross-functional teams.
- A successful candidate will create an awareness and appreciation of the key consumer segments, as relating to the goals and overall consumer strategy of each stakeholder, and will produce forecasts to inform the business case and planning of new stakeholder-facing initiatives.
- Will make sure that all KPI reports have accurate measurable data.
- Oversee our data capture and preference management strategy.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
- Agency and 3rd partner vendor management
- Fluent across key customer direct contact channels
- Literacy in Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- European languages would be nice to have, but aren't essential
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of Roambi OR proficiency with data visualization techniques
- Usage of MS Excel, Pivot is essential
- Effective problem solving and familiarity with financial principles, including net present value (NPV) and return on investment (ROI).
