RNO ENGINEER (OPTIMIZATION) - FRANCE (LYON)

1X RNO ENGINEER (OPTIMIZATION) - FRANCE (LYON) is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France (Lyon). Fluent English and French language along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT, NOT LIMITED TO:

- Optimization of usual 3G/2G/4G NW KPIs
- Will ensure achievement and maintenance of target 3G/2G NW KPIs.
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project.
- Will support their management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
- Customer care
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the technical 3G/2G optimization support to customer
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
- Increase customer satisfaction and confidence
- RF optimization of 2G/3G/4G clusters
- drive-tests post-processing, reverse engineering
- Actix tool management: updates, training, reports/templates management
- 4G RF optimization training of RNO Lyon team

QUALIFICATIONS:

- RF optimization
- GSM, UMTS, LTE expertise
- Huawei system knowledge (for VSR activities: expertise required)
- Actix, Nemo, XCAL tools
- +/- 6 years in the 3G/2G/4G (1 year) BSS Network Planning Optimization.
- GSM and UTRAN E2E network skills
- Team working skills
- Field operations skills
- Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll
- Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Mycom, PRS, Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
- Good experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Sound Huawei/NSN 3G/2G experience.
- GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools:SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
- Swap experience is a plus.
