Projektbeschreibung
We are currently recruiting for our client, Telecommunication Company for RNO ENGINEER to join their project in DENMARK.
POSITION TITLE: RNO ENGINEER
POSITION TYPE: Contract
START DATE: November/December 2015
DURATION: 6 months rolling
LOCATION: Copenhagen Area
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data collection and simulation. Provide the Radio Network design data and simulation result as the customer requires, such as the antenna high, tilt, azimuth, coverage result etc.
- Perform link budget, design criteria and traffic analysis
- Good understanding of antenna theory (aperture, gain, beam width, dipole vs. isotropic), antenna performance (return loss, impedance matching, etc.), and engineering tools (spectrum analyzer, site master, etc.).
- Make the evaluation of the Mobile Network and provide the expansion plan
- Monitoring and optimize the Network KPIs to assure it reach the target value. Such as the Drop call rate, Call setup success rate etc.
- Analyse the Drive test result and find the Network Problems with the Post process tools
- Analyse the system features and parameters to optimize the network performance KPIs
- Provide Optimization solutions and suggestion to improve the network quality
QUALIFICATION:
- Proficient knowledge of mobile communication and principles of GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE products, signalling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna system etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of Radio frequency channel environment (fast fading, slow fading, time dispersion, scattering, diffraction, wavelength/frequency dependence, etc.) and proper prediction model selection (Okomura, Hata, COST231, etc.) and their key parameters calibration for various frequencies
- Good knowledge at Mobile system topology and system parameters of at least one of the main technologies (GSM/GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA,LTE etc.).
- Related planning and optimization work experience on 2G, 3G, 4G is preferred
- Fluent in English is mandatory, ability to speak Danish is preferred
