RN Telephonic Case Manager Job

TELEPHONIC RN CASE MANAGER needed for a PART TIME CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Three days per week.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Registered Nurse in Oklahoma
- Prior Case Management required
- This position entails use of computerized protocols to perform triage on patients making inbound telephone calls.
- The nurse in this position will work under the direction of the manager of nursing operations. Duties include use of multi-line telephone system, data entry during triage calls, concise and accurate documentation, use of external support services, delegation of clerical duties to non-licensed staff and ability to perform several tasks (ie, talk, type and use computer mouse) at once.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Graduation from an accredited program of professional nursing required
- Nursing degree required; Possess current license as registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma
- Candidate must have unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in OK
- At least two - four (2-4) years "current" nursing/clinical experience
- Minimum one (1) year of direct patient care experience within last 3 years
- Must have ability to accurately type 30+ wpm or more
- Must have basic computer skills working in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and make prudent decisions about patients on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Customer-focused (both internal and external)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Registered Nurse Licensure in State of Oklahoma
- Associates Degree in Nursing from Accredited School
- Three to five (3-5) years Occupational Health experience preferred

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is highly desirable
