Risk Specialist – Framework and Controls (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Participate in working groups, which are global and across all business/functions, to develop key controls in line with the defined Minimum Control Standards
- To help project manage the controls workstream from the development of the controls, their review and approval and the process to upload these into the control inventory, including all required governance forums
- Provide constructive review and challenge throughout
- Provide RAID log management; the capture, mitigation, and resolution of key risks and Issues and support monitoring team actions for the Control and BAU Governance workstreams
- Help maintain principles, policies and governance processes, to enable identification, management, reporting and mitigation of risks related to the project

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Financial Services
- An understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management principles and practices
- Experience with implementing a risk management framework specifically design, development, enhancement, implementation, oversight and assurance
- Demonstrable experience in a business, risk management or other relevant control function, ideally at a global financial institution or other relevant peer
- Fluent in English and German
