As a Risk Assurance Manager or Senior Manager you&rsquoll have the opportunity to develop your career whilst driving the growth of our business, working with our London Top Tier clients. You&rsquoll have a passion for leadership, helping new and existing clients protect and strengthen their business, as well as an understanding of risk, accounting and controls. As part of a market-leading assurance team, you&rsquoll support large global corporate clients in improving their systems, processes or controls support.

Our London Top Tier (LTT) team, provide assurance and specialist advisory services to many of the UK?s most successful non-financial sector corporates including delivering the audits of around 20 of the FTSE 100.  Within LTT, our Risk Assurance team provide a wide range of solutions to our clients including telecommunications, oil and gas, entertainment and media and retail and consumer. We&rsquove experienced double digit growth in the last five years and are forecasting for this continue so it&rsquos a great time to join us.

Role Responsibilities

You&rsquoll be responsible for the execution and delivery of work across a combination of audit and advisory engagements. You&rsquoll:

Assist in designing controls, IT and data testing procedures to support our external audit or other projects (including non-financial assurance, controls advisory, sustainability reporting)
Manage business process review, control walkthroughs and effectiveness testing
Integrate the work and results into the overall audit approach
Manage key client relationships 
Design and implement internal control frameworks at our non-audit clients
Coach and mentor junior staff 

Candidate Experience

You will have:

A finance, audit-related, or technical professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CIA, CISA)
Understanding of risk, controls, and ability to apply common knowledge across a range of solution sets
Process and controls experience including planning and delivering a diverse range of assignments
Understanding of accounting and ability to apply our systems and controls work to the audit
Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
Strong client service mind-set and experience dealing with clients
Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
