The candidate will be involved in the production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform immunizations and cell fusions.
- Test antibodies by ELISA assay.
- Cell line subcloning.
- Cell banking.
- Small scale antibody production.
- Data analysis and FACS analysis.
SKILLS:
SKILLS:
- Tissue culture and in vivo work.
- Ability to work alongside other people in the group and to be able to contribute to a learning environment.
- Sterile tissue culture experience required.
- MS Word and Excel.
