My client is looking for an RES Certified Engineer to support day to day operations within their current team. This will be located in Barlborough with the odd days in London and Birmingham.
Requirements are:
1. RES Certified Engineer with 3 years plus experience
2. In depth Citrix XenApp knowledge
3. App-v 4.6 knowledge
4. Advanced Active Directory knowledge
Tasks:
1. To resolve 3rd line support calls sent to the project team
2. Attend daily calls on platform delivery
3. Consultant on changes in the RES environment in reaction to issues and customer change requests
4. Troubleshoot new user on-boarding issues
5. Cover lead TDA when they are on leave
6. On-board new users
7. Submit change requests for new printer queues and configure new print queues
Must be RES Certified!
