THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Experience managing Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable activities
- Ariba, SAP, SRM and e-Shop.
- Understanding of core financial controls related to RTP activities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Triage RTP related issues reported by vendors and internal customers in order to consistently resolve in a timely manner.
- Creates tickets in central RTP ticketing system and monitors to conclusion.
- Ensures that when an issue has been resolved, the associate understands what has been done, as well as how to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provides guidance and training to associates for issue resolution and assistance with escalations where needed.
- Monitors RTP activities such as RTP Tickets, Survey Responses and past due payments.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Three to five (3-5) years of direct experience managing Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable activities
- Understanding of core financial controls related to RTP activities
- Proficiency using computerized systems to manage requisition to payment activities such as Ariba, SAP, SRM and e-Shop.
- Demonstrated desire and ability to provide high levels of customer service
- Strong problem solving skills
