As recruitment manager you will have ownership of all the company's European recruitment as well as helping out on occasion with requirements in the Middle East and India. The role reports in to the HR Director and will be working closely with the HR Manager and other members of the HR team. Key objectives for the roles include:
*Improving the quality of talent joining the business
*Improving the quality and rigour of the recruitment process
*Forecast future short-term resource needs
*Developing a 'portfolio' of known and trusted freelancers.
*Nurturing the employee brand proposition
*Establishing new, creative means of acquiring talent
*Driving down recruitment costs
*Fostering good relationships with key recruitment agencies
This business has a relaxed office environment although the role will be incredibly busy and focus upon delivering day-to-day needs. This position is a maternity cover and a down to earth personality is required to come in and pick up the pipeline with confidence and personality. Experience of recruiting across 3D creative and digital creative is essential as you'll be required to hit the ground running and deliver from day one.
