Recruitment Manager

An exciting organisation currently have a high number of senior recruitment campaigns which requires someone with the ability to follow procurement rules to identify and manage contracts with recruitment agencies and senior stakeholders.

The individual will work with senior hiring managers to identify need and draw up job descriptions and recruitment processes

Essential Skills/Knowledge

- Organisations skills and good project management skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders managing relationships
- Good written skills - ability to draft and check accuracy of documents.
- Good IT skills - ability to use word, excel and outlook office
- Ability to constructively challenge
- Questioning skills and competency based interviewing experience
- Understanding of psychometric testing

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:

- Understanding of Civil Service processes
- Experience working with Commissioners on Senior Civil Service recruitment
- Qualifications: CIPD qualified
