Recruitment Leader - Navi - Mumbai

Flint are seeking a Recruitment Leader with previous background in Telecommunications with experience with 3GPP systems development and introduction is required.

This role is a contract to permanent opportunity based in Navi-Mumbai

Knowledge of Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, PMP, Network Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Manager, IPT, VoIP, Telecom, LAN/WAN, voice/data, routing/switching, wireless, network security, would be highly desirable.

- Provide leadership and business management for the business unit
- Experience with on the job recruiting in a fast-paced, high performance environment.
- Experience with recruiting highly technical/networking professionals in a corporate environment.
- Proven track-record in high volume recruiting.
- Superior communication skills that effectively facilitate valuable relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Driven to succeed in both independent and collaborative environments.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership of assignments.

EXPERIENCE:

- Consult with leadership to understand business needs and define candidate qualifications to determine staffing needs
- Work with management to develop workforce planning and build appropriate recruitment strategy
- Experienced in managing a team and able to deal with people at all levels
- Strong at managing budgets
- Commercial/understands the business
- Confident and articulate, strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Stay abreast of industry trends and use the most current market data in strategy plan and execution
- Will have previous partner recruitment and lateral recruitment experience at a managerial level in a professional services firm. Ideally will also have a vendor background.
