WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR TO JOIN THE EXISTING HR RECRUITMENT TEAM TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT IN HOUSE RECRUITMENT SERVICE BASED AT ALSTOM GRID, STAFFORD.

THE ROLE

- Daily use of vacancy management systems such as E-Talent and full ownership of Access Database, maintaining personal log of all candidates uploaded.
- Ensure all recruitment information is accurate and correct.
- Being a point of contact for HR Managers/Hiring Managers and Candidates.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies to arrange interviews and provide feedback.
- Taking ownership of the visitors long ensuring all visitors are on the system prior to visit
- Plan and implement recruitment open days on site- including preparation of all assessment/marking documentation.
- On completion of Assessment centres, correlate candidate/manager satisfaction surveys to improve upon, update and manage process for next time.
- Supporting recruiters, sourcing candidates as and when needed.
- Coordinating all interviews and booking meeting rooms.
- Invoicing and keeping a personal log of all management fees put through system.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment tracker.
- Telephone screening of candidates over the phone.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies/hiring managers/candidates to find compatible appointments.
- Liaise with our client's business support teams to arrange flights, accommodation and transfers for all international candidates.
- Liaise with our clients AES department, providing them with required information for Visa Invitation letter to be written, sent and process tracked until date is finalised.
- Maintaining and updating of electronic job files.
- Providing candidates with full confirmation of any appointments booked, along with site map.
- Ensuring any expenses forms are processed.
- Meeting with Hiring Managers to establish Job specifications.
- Writing Job adverts and mailing them out for approval.
- Ownership of interview board and Job board.
- Ensure that all work is completed to defined processes.

- Experience in a client-driven professional environment would be an advantage
- An ability to work with a strong orientation towards customer service to provide a good level of candidate management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manor.
