Job Purpose
Provide the business with an effective, professional and efficient administration recruitment service for all vacancies, ensuring all client systems are updated and accurate throughout the end to end recruitment process.
Provide administrative support for the end to end retail recruitment process
Create requisitions in Taleo on receipt of full approvals.
Chase approvals on a daily basis and provide guidance and advice to managers on the process when required
Support the analysis and tracking of:
Requisitions and their status
Weekly Retail Headcount Snapshot
Weekly Retail Dashboard
Leavers v referrals
Daily MI
Weekly Taleo Pipeline Report to support AC planning
Assist in the creation of monthly MI
