My Client, a market leading financial services institution is looking for an experienced Recruitment coordinator to join an exciting project on an interim basis. The role holder will need to have worked within a fast paced environment and also come from a financial services background.

LOCATION: London, Moorgate

DURATION: 6 months

START: ASAP

The role

Capture and track the detailed hiring requirements, and ensure the appropriate authorisations and job descriptions are in place for new roles, and identify competency based questions aligned to the competencies of the role.
Advertise vacancies on the ICAP careers Intranet page, and also arrange to advertise vacancies on ICAP's website where appropriate.
Screen applications/CVs against role requirements and competencies and forward to the hiring manager as appropriate.
Administer and promote the Employee Referral Programme (ERP), and ensure details for this are tracked.
Coordinate the interview process through liaison with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and candidates, including meeting room bookings.
Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment metrics as required.
Manage all recruitment administration to include tracking of vacancies, candidates and recruitment spend through the recruitment process.
Liaise with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
- 2 - through to joining.
Raise PO requisitions for invoices, and check and process recruitment invoices.

Skills:
Strong Microsoft skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Experience:
Proven 'experienced hire' recruitment experience gained from either an 'in-house' or RPO role
Strong knowledge of AWR and Temporary recruitment, preferred
Financial Services or Professional Services experience, preferred
Experience of working in a complex/matrixed business structure, preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Service orientated, with strong influencing, prioritisation and relationship management skills
