Essential Skills:
* 1-2 years hands on Resourcing experience
* Technical knowledge, ideally within IT recruitment
* Strong advert-writing and candidate management skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills to prioritise workloads
* Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
