Recruitment Consultant - in House Recruitment

A world leader in its industry is currently seeking to appoint a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join their national HR team. This exciting role will see you drawing on your experience to OVERSEE AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THEIR INTERNAL RECRUITMENT NEEDS.

SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- End to end recruitment
- Draw up contracts and letter of offers.
- Coordinate with line managers in setting up interviews
- Manage issues relating to remuneration, benefits, awards and market salaries.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- At least 3 years experience in end to end recruitment
- Tertiary qualifications in a HR or ER related discipline would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in an unionised, blue collar environment is essential.
- Thorough understanding of contemporary HR practices including the application of employment legislation.
