Our client, specialists in the part of the IT and Engineering Recruitment, are entering an exciting phase and looking for self motivated individuals to join our office in Plymouth. The core of their business is IT Engineering recruitment, working in partnership with local, national and international businesses providing a comprehensive recruitment service in the IT Oil and Gas/Engineering sector.

We are looking for successful recruiters to join the team and drive their business forward. A successful candidate will need to be a very confident communicator, who can build up strong lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike and be able to think on your feet. The nature of recruitment is hard work in a competitive, telephone based environment, and high motivation, drive and target driven environment.

The basic salary range is between £15k - £18K plus unlimited commission. 1st year OTE £50K, 2nd year OTE £75K. High earning potential for good work.
