Quality Manager - Hampshire - £63,000

A world leader and innovator in Aerospace is seeking a quality manager to add to their multiple award winning team. They design and manufacture leading products for cockpits, hydraulic systems and engine solutions. With a turnover globally of £2 Billion, the site you will be working at turns over £155 million per year and is continuing to grow, with 150 employees currently on the grounds. You will have 15 direct reports, made up of supply quality inspectors, system engineers and product control engineers. To apply it is essential that you have experience at some level in Aerospace and have a relevant degree qualification. It will be of advantage to be familiar with EASA standards 145 and 21 sub part G and J, but this is not essential. As this is a management position, they are seeking a charismatic leader who can set clear strategic goals for the quality team.
