An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to work for one of our fast paced, market leading retail clients. Steria Recruitment are working in partnership with one of the best known brands in the retail marketplace to help them recruit the best talent in the market place.

Our client are looking for people who ideally have experience/a background in Retail, logistics or manufacturing.

The main purpose of the role is to:

* Support the QA function through all elements of change arising from the creation & design of QA business processes, ensuring they are accepted and adopted by the function and business.
* Manage all communications relating to the change across group functions, project teams and external suppliers.
* Facilitate the review of existing processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and provide support to Line Managers in meeting their objective of ensuring consistent application of processes and new ways of working across the teams.
* Support all QA teams as project lead for business critical issues, such as serious product concern investigation and corrective action planning.
