MY DUTIES:

- Analysis and evaluation of strategic processes, which are translated into concrete requirements as uniform ERP solutions
- Stakeholder management 
- Develop business plans that take strategic priorities into account within the ERP solutions
- "Hands-on" project management involving all relevant stakeholders
- Driving internal process optimization across multiple teams and functions
- Implementation of the project in different locations and in different internal departments
- Advising executives on ERP solutions
- Cross-interface design of the ERP landscape

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Practical experience in ERP project management
- Experience with ERP project scoping, planning, requirements recording, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired
- Comprehensive understanding of operational processes and requirements with ERP
- Knowledge of CRM functions desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with digital transformation / change management
- Very good teamwork
- Fluent English
