MY DUTIES:

- Coordinate different Initiatives to deliver an Email deletion strategy which is linked to the Document Management
- Business input and Global processes to drive several IT initiatives like IDRD (Retention)
- Document Management Enhancements (Sharepoint and Filenet) with the target to implement a global repository strategy
- Line it with requirements from Legal/Compliance, Global Process Management and IT Infrastructure (now and future IT Masterplatform)
- The IT projects are staffed and having their own PM and the role for the requested resource would be to assure the different initiatives are following the same strategy and delivering necessary output

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management
- Document Management Skills (sharepoint and / or filenet)
