Project Manager with Product Ownership - Banking

For our customer we are looking for a Project Manager with Product Ownership

Experienced senior IT project manager needed for project team working with requirement analysis and specification. The project objective is to migrate a business application from outdated platform to a new platform. The right candidate will act as a product owner Proxy and team lead for a project team responsible for specifying requirements for the future solution. The project is part of a programme with team members placed in different locations in Scandinavia and Asia. We are looking for an experience project manager that

Has excellent driver skills
Has extensive experience in requirement management
Is experienced in agile ways of working, and preferably certified or trained as Product Owner
Has excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, and is able to bridge IT and business requirements

Responsibilities and tasks
Your responsibilities is to act as a product owner Proxy, ie you will be responsible for the product backlog and
backlog grooming, including
Facilitate planning-, prioritisation- and decision processes in collaboration with product owner team and project
stakeholders
Coordination and collaboration with Front End and Back End development teams
Communication and Stakeholder management: Close collaboration and communication with responsible business partner and other stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
Implement and improve Ways of Working, coordination and planning within project team and with development
teams
Release planning
Risk management
Business case management
Status and progress reporting
Act as team lead for a project team of 8 people
Be part of programme management team

Required skills/qualifications
Extensive project management experience
Practical experience in working in an agile setup
Proactive and can-do attitude with good driver and coordination skills
Excellent facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills, and ability to bridge IT and business requirements
Experience in using Jira or similar tool task planning tool
Experience from finance domain preferred, but not a must
Working proficiency in Danish and English required
