Project Manager with Life and Pensions + Italian

REALTIME RECRUITMENT in Dublin requires an experienced PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXTENSIVE RECENT LIFE AND PENSIONS experience.

In addition, you will have FLUENT ENGLISH AND ITALIAN in order to secure this contract role.

You will work with an existing Project Team, multiple third parties including IT Partners and business stakeholders to identify and document roadmap/project scope which will establish a Terms of Reference for all project deliverables.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Build relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks and focus on the solution
Identify and document the project scope and deliver a Terms of Reference by which project tasks and deliverables are to be planned and implemented
Following a Methodology, develop a clear End to End Program Plan based on the agreed terms of reference with key deliverable and milestone dates -Manage expectations of all interested parties
Align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives and goals for the program, gather and prioritise requirements
Oversee all project and deployment tasks to including training requirements for delivery and support teams
Drive towards problem resolution despite ambiguity or uncertainty

REQUIREMENTS

8 years Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value.
Proven project management, inter-personal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
Must have project management experience in building scalable initiatives, defining roadmaps and translating strategic initiatives into objective programs.
Ability to collaborate with different individuals and cultures across the organisation and within other geographies, and "roll-up the sleeves" in order to accomplish all necessary tasks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills with a clear focus under pressure.

This is an excellent contract role based in Dublin for 6 months with an great opportunity to secure an extension.
