Project Manager with ETRM Knowledge (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You will have responsibility to create an optimal Project Management architecture
- Execution of projects through hands on management of project initiatives
- Work with cross functional business customers to define; business benefits, business requirements and program/project scope
- Manages change control against scope and its impacts to time, cost, and quality
- Defines project schedule, manages task assignments, tracks work against schedule
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Measure program/project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Management of team dedicated to projects, collaborate and work with team on global project initiative
- Management of project budget, business case evaluation & regular updates thereof
- Responsible for enhancing the competence of team members and colleagues, you will be an expert authority within the project team
- You will be responsible for meeting the financial objectives by forecasting requirements, budgets, approving expenses, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions if needed
- Interact and work closely with top management and cross functionally on projects
- Targeted communication to different stakeholder levels (for example Project Steering Group, Project Sponsor)
- Maintaining excellent relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally is also a must

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- IT experiences in a large complex organisation with ETRM knowledge
- Experience with Project Management methodologies (certificate Prince 2 Practitioner or other certificates)
- Proven track record in strong stake holder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other language is preferred
- Good leadership, coordination, communication, conflict and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of the energy generation and / or energy trading industry and required IT infrastructure
- Able to influence and work effectively in multiple cultures and at a range of levels. Ideally relationship management experience from an IT and business perspective
- Inspire and motivate others demonstrating drive and passion
- Experience leading International multi-disciplinary and multi-site development teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills at all management levels to drive change
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Self-reliant and able to work to own initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure – patient, tolerant and resilient
- Results orientated
- Excellent interpersonal skills including cultural and ethical awareness
- Experience in managing and steering of 3rd party providers (including managed service)
- Business fluent in English and willingness to travel
